Maps are fascinating. 

Maps mean so much more than lines on a paper.

Our focus will begin with a map of Canada. We will start with the current nation states and then go backwards to understand how we've arrived to the lines on paper today and the causes of these political boundaries.  

Your assignment will be a neat well labeled map. Please bring pencil crayons to class.
